 +Between the actual mass of objects and the calculated proof with formulas for a quantity determination (documented mass) can be deviations. This is not due to errors within the program, but due to the use of formulas. It can cause differences when rounded areas are summed up, when the forumulas deliver inexact results due to the shape of the object (acute triangles), or when approximate formulas are used.

 +The function is accessed via Menu **Extras > Check documentation**. A dialogue box opens where the parameters for the check can be speciefied. You can either search for the percentual deviation, or an absolute value can be entered.

 +After confirming with **[OK]** the drawing is searched and deviating objects are listed in the dialogue **Search** (see [[Objekte]] > Search object).

 +The objects are displayed in the dialogue with their calculated deviations. Is the object marked in the **Search** dialogue, it will also be activated in the object tree. Now, changes can be made in the tab **Documentation** to achieve the desired results. Possible changes would be, eg. changing the documentation method, manual editing, deactivation of the object reduction.

 +This function re-calculates all objects in the object tree. This can be useful, eg,  if the calulation routines have changed in the program.

 +When clicking this function all texts in the drawing are reset to their original position.
