+====== Configure graphic templates ======
 +===== Description =====
 +Especially for the planting plan graphic templates were developed. With that, a certain layout can be pre-set for each plant object and species. This eases the daily work, because with the allocation of the plants an attracktive planting plan be created.

 +For the immediate use some settings are already made in the program, so that you can work with an appealing plan graphic straight away. The default settings can be customized, though. The caption of the existing planting plan option is important for a clear allocation and therefore, can not be changed.
 +
 +In the tab **Graphic** are the graphics for the planting plan listed separately.

 +<WRAP round tip 90%>
 +Define the graphic settings in the template file **//*.dwt//**. This has the advantage that the graphic settings can be used by others when appying the template file.

 +===== Templates for area planting =====
 +For the object type Area (no matter which plant species is used) are the necessary pre-settings defined in the tab **Area planting**, which are then automatically created in the application as graphic options. There are already some default settings provided so that when working with plants appealing planting plans are generated.
 +
 +=== Method ===
 +Open the Pre-settings with Menu **Plants > Configure Graphic Templates**.
 +
 +When allocating plants to areas the graphic options are automatically applied. For this, the table is worked through from top to bottom, ie. the first allocation receives the first entry, the second allocation the second etc. Are all entries worked through the program starts from the top, again. Via the **arrow** buttons the list can be sorted and therefore the order can be defined. If all entries except one, are removed, all areas have the same graphic option. With **[Add]** new entries are created, **[Delete]** removes marked entries. The graphic type is pre-defined and cannot be changed.

 +**Option 1** (technical planting plan): Graphic type Hatch / Setting options (see Schraffur)

 +**Option 2** (CAD draft): Graphic type Hatch / Setting options  (see Schraffur)

 +**Option 3** (final plan): Graphic type Plane raster-graphic / Setting options (see flächige Rastergrafik)

 +When **adding images** in the option 3 the following needs to be considered: The factor denotes the absolute insertion point.

 +
 +
 +The image size results therefore of the resolution and image size. The check the ratio, eg. the image can be inserted into the drawing (see Bild einfügen) with the required factor. (For your information: the images from the DATAflor library are formatted, so that the factor is 1 = 1 drawing units.)

 +===== Templates for individual planting =====
 +For the object type Individual plants the necessary pre-settings are defined in the tab **Individual plants** which are then automatically created in the application as graphic options. Depending on the plant species different graphic options can be created. In the list, the default plant species denote plants that are not allocated to a plant species in the database. Some settings are already provided for each plant species as preset so that when working with plants appealing planting plans are generated.

 +=== Method ===
 +Open the Pre-settings with Menu **Plants > Configure Graphic Templates**.

Via the **arrow** buttons the list can be sorted and therefore the order can be defined. If all entries except one, are removed, all plants of one plant type (eg. deciduous trees) have the same graphic option. With **[Add]** new entries are created, **[Delete]** removes marked entries. The graphic type is pre-defined and cannot be changed.
 +
 +**Option 1** (technical planting plan): Graphic type Block / Setting options (see Block)

 +
 +When **adding** blocks and images in the option 2 and 3 the following needs to be considered: The factor denotes the absolute insertion point in relation to option 1, ie. is the factor 1 entered for option 2 and 3, the graphics are inserted with the same size as the block of option 1. Existing block- or image sizes have no meaning.

 +===== Templates for linear planting =====
 +For the object type Distance (no matter which plant species is used) are the necessary pre-settings defined in the tab **Linear planting**, which are then automatically created in the application as graphic options. There are already some default settings provided so that when working with plants appealing planting plans are generated.

 +When **adding** images in the option 3 the following needs to be considered: The factor denotes the relative insertion point in relation to option 2, ie. is the factor 1 entered for option 3, the graphics are inserted with the same size as the block of option 2. Existing image sizes are irrelevant.
