+====== Options ======
 +===== Description =====
 +With these options the different parameters that apply to the entire drawing can be specified. The changes for the drawing only become effective when the individual functions for the options are actually required.

 +Example: The **Prefix for the layer name** is active (with x decimal points), ie. only objects newly created by the **Object-Manager** are sorted on this layer. Existing objects (eg. caption) stays on the old layer.

 +===== Functions =====
 +
 +
 +|**Save**|Saves the current settings as file.|
 +|**Load**|Loads an already saved setting.|
 +|**Save as Standard**|Saves the current settings in the file **//STANDARD.DFO//**. This standard applies to all **new** drawings as pre-setting.|
 +|**Load Standard**|For manual changes the file **//STANDARD.DFO//** can be loaded.|
 +
 +<WRAP round tip 90%>
 +The files are saved in the user directory of DATAflor CAD. Every configuration has the file extension **//*.DFO//**, which makes an exchange easy.

 +
 +|**OK**|Saves the settings and applies them to the current drawing.|
 +|**Cancel**|Closes the dialogue without saving the changes.|

 +
 +**Object tree**
 +| **Order**                                                       | The **order** in the Massenbaum can be switched between **alphanummerical** and **by detection**. The object tree is updated with the next opening of the **Object-Manager**, command **MASSEN**.                                                                                                                                               |
 +| **Sort question**                                               | Choose when determine objects to groups per layer if the query should appear **always** or only when **multiple objects** are selected.                                                             |
 +| **Copy and cut without objects**                                | For the editing-commands (copy, cut) can be specified with **Copy and cut without objects** if subordinate objects are to be carried along.                                                                                                                                                                                                         |
 +| **Delete outline-areas in drawing together with their objects** | Provided that objects were detected with the outline derivation the option **Delete outline-areas in drawing together with their objects** allows to delete the linked drawing object together with the outline-object from the object tree. <WRAP round important 90%>If copies of the outline-object exist, they will be deleted, as well.</WRAP> |
 +| **Prefix for layer name**                                       | With the option **Prefix for layer name ... characters of group name** a part of the group name will be placed first. This results in a structured layer table. Characters that cannot be used within a layer name are substituted by an under-score (_).                                                                                           |
 +
 +**View**
 +|**Zoomfactor onto objects**|With the function **Zoomfactor onto objects** the object marked in the object tree zoomed in the drawing. Default setting for this is **Zoom boundaries**. By changing the zoom factor the display can be customized. Zoom factor 0.5 denotes half the size of Zoom boundaries.|
 +|**do not automatically refresh graphics**|Since the graphic is regenerated in the drawing with every opening of the **Object-Manager** can it take some time when dealing with bigger drawings. With the option **do not automatically refresh graphics** this function can be deactivated and then by  pupose (eg. for plotting) turned on again.|
 +|**do not sort graphic order**|For the **import with objects**, but also for opening an old LandPlan drawing, the refreshing of graphics can take some time due to noumerous areas. To speed up the process the option **do not sort graphic order** can be activated.<WRAP round important 90%>
 +When using the option **do not sort graphic order** it is sensible to deactivate the option **Prefix for layer name**, because the graphic order will be sorted manually anyway. To sort the layers use the function Quick-Layer.</WRAP>|
 +
 +**Documentation**
 +|**Individually document content of collectibles**|With the option **Individually document content of collectibles** the objects are listed in the DATAflor BUSINESS mass list. Is the option deactivated a collection is made with the free calculation formula 91.|
 +|**Label subtraction areas negative**|Is the option **Label subtraction areas negative** activated, subtraction areas that are equipped with the variable //{Areas}// will automatically be labelled negative. For the subtraction area a label has to be created separately in the tab **Caption**.|
 +|**Consecutive point numbers**|The option **Consecutive point numbers** controls the numbering of the regular geometries (triangles, trapezoids, etc.) in the drawn documentation. When the option is activates no point number will be doubled up.|
 +|**Copy point numbers of file**|If this option is activated the original point numbers of the Point Set file are used for the documentation. The point numbers receive a trailing *.  (see Hinweise zur Anwendung > Use point numbers from point files)|
 +|**Deactivate triangles with REB formula result 0**|A special function is **Deactivate triangles with REB formula result 0**. This can happen when there are very small objects (several decimal places beyond 0) where the calculation result of the REB formula would be 0. To avoid confusion when checking the mass list, the entry of these objects can be supressed in the mass list.|
 +|**Tolerance for documentation reduction**|For the drawn documentation a **Tolerance for documentation reduction** can be entered. The value is in %.\\ The higher the value of the percentage, the easier is the graphic detection. But, a high value can also lead to a great difference between exact and documented mass. (for the procedure of a reduction refer to Volumen mit Querprofilen > Reduce documentation)|
 +|**Maximum tolerance for reduced documentation**|For security the **Maximum tolerance for reduced documentation** can be entered in %. Would a reduction go past this point, the documentation would not be reduced. You will be alerted with an according notification on screen.|
 +|**Document all object individually**|With the option **Document all object individually** all objects in the object tree, originals and copies, are written individually into the mass list. There will not be a reference in the mass list.|
 +|**Document objects with differing unit or thickness separately**|This option has impact on the behaviour of copied objects in the object tree when writing mass lists. If the function is activated the mass list of copied objects will be created without references. Alternatively, if objects are not documented individually, the mass list is written with an accumulated factor.|
 +|**Document original objects**|The option **Document original objects** allows an "up-referencing" in the mass list.|
 +|**Check documentation automatically**|The drawn documented masses may differ from the exact CAD masses due to the used formulas and the simplification functions. When writing the the quantities, the values are compared with each other. A corresponding indication appears on the screen when objects are affected by the deviation.|

 +|**General**|Amongst other things, a rounding can be set for the calculated sum of materials. The setting applies with the next opening of the Object-Manager - all materials detected so far are rounded.|
 +|**Material overview**|The options selected in this field are displayed as information in the tabular view in the tabs **Objects** and **Material**.\\ |

 +
 +
 +|**Object type**|The **caption** of the Goolge Earth objcts can be defined individually for each **Object type** or for all equally.|
 +|**Info**|In the field **Info** variables can be added whose values are entered in Google Earth in the properties of the objects, if needed separated by object type.|
 +|**Remove empty groups**|Groups that were no objects or Google Earth graphics allocated to will not be exported to Goolge Earth.|
 +|**Do not show symbol for areas and distances**|Graphics of the object type Item are not exported to Google Earth. For example, this could occur when the graphic for Item, Distance, and Area is allocated on a superordinate level and thus is inherited to all objects. <WRAP round tip 90%>For each specified Google Earth graphic an object is created in Google Earth.
